COLETTE SHAND

Social Housing Consultant

grew up in a home with lots of different people in it so she is often most comfortable in community settings.

She believes that when the better angels of human nature are called upon, community living has the potential to make individuals more open minded and open hearted.

OUR POINT OF VIEW                                                     THE BIO

We believe that groups make better decisions than individuals.

We'll work towards efficiency and best practices in your co-op.

Our work has been tested and endorsed.

We work well with all types of people - striving to understand their perspectives and points of view.

We believe that good By Laws, fairly applied, can breed an environment of trust.

Procedures and policies have to have a "low hassle" factor to work for staff.

Our social housing system in Canada is compassionate, caring and kind.
